It was an absolute pleasure working with Tracy on the Hilton Queenstown project. Tracy managed everything regarding the FF&E for our hotel rooms, conference facility, spa and leisure centre, back of house office, reception areas and multiple bar and restaurant outlets. It was all delivered on time and within budget in a very tight installation window. We look forward to working with her again with our next project.

The whole process from detailed prototyping, quality sampling, production updates, shipping and delivery to site was faultless enabling a smooth handover to our hotel operating team. It was clear from the beginning that choosing Tracy to redesign our members café/lounge was the right choice. Our goal when refurbishing the lounge was to make the space inviting and comfortable for our clients, as well as giving it an air of elegance. The fabrics chosen have most certainly achieved this. Your selection of the centrepiece table still elicits an ongoing chorus of oohs and ahhs! The increase in the enjoyment of this room by our members has been so measurable that we have had to add additional seating! We are thrilled with result, and found the experience to be enjoyable and professional. The result was truly beyond our expectations.

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Tracy through The Langham Auckland on a number of projects both big and small. No matter the task at hand and sometimes against very tight deadlines, Tracy has always been extremely professional, prompt, thorough and patient. She really takes the time to work with and understand her clients vision and deliver this no matter the challenges or road blocks that come up. One thing I really appreciate about Tracy is her clear dedication to her craft which always brings an abundance of creativity and new ideas to any project. She is also equally as comfortable to sit back and let you run with your own ideas, and then carefully mold these to suit your environment and budget. I would recommend Tracy’s services to anyone, I have absolutely loved working with her and have always had a very successful outcome with every project she has been involved in.
