Our dedicated team cover all FF+E & OS+E procurement and project management areas for the hotel, hospitality and commercial industries. We have designed and developed a range of locally manufactured luxury furniture; in addition to being authorised resellers of International furniture brands, TON & Lebello.
An established player in the Property industry with over 20 years’ experience, Tracy’s career began working for structural engineers before moving in to Project / Development Management, then design & procurement. Tracy developed a passion for FF+E procurement and quality design whilst at Melview Developments, and her expertise in finding the perfect fit-for-purpose items is unmatched. With significant experience in large and complex projects, she brings the same dedicated and proven processes to each job, no matter the size, ensuring delivery on time and on budget. Tracy has long-standing relationships with local and global key industry suppliers.
Kate has worked in the Construction industry for over 20 years both in New Zealand and the UK. A qualified Civil Engineer by trade, her project management skillset has seen her move into dedicated Project Management positions in recent years. Kate has managed the design and FF+E packages for numerous hotels across New Zealand and has an innate understanding of the process from the perspective of the end user, the operator and the client. Alongside her passion for design, Kate’s analytical skills ensure all budgetary, and programming schedules are kept on track.
Keevy’s career within the Architecture and Design industry began in office management and international logistics. As Procurement Manager at Statement iD, her role lies in sourcing fit-for-purpose FF+E for large-scale commercial projects, predominantly hotel and hospitality environments. A qualified Interior Designer, Keevy has enormous expertise in helping her clients choose everything from the right colour palette to the perfect piece of furniture, lighting and art work for their projects. With her background of experience Keevy manages the whole creative process, from inception to handover.
Sales & Marketing Manager
Lucy’s worked in business development in the Design industry for over a decade. After successfully establishing and selling a start-up business during the GFC, she moved into Sales and Marketing for international furniture brands. Working predominantly in the commercial arena, she has established relationships with architects, designers and specifiers to the industry. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Lucy believes that investing in better design is the socially and environmentally conscious choice forward. As the Sales Manager for international furniture brands TON and Lebello, she’s also involved in designing and developing custom luxury furniture based on the requirements of her client’s brief.
