The Alberts flaghsip at 1 Albert Street stands at 18 storeys of office floors plus two members club levels. This project called on our procurement experience and skills. The client refurbished 18 levels of a 1970’s office building into fully furnished, serviced workspaces including a restaurant (Palmer), meetings rooms, and a private members club with a bar and cinema. Our expertise in specification of high-quality furniture options, alongside our own furniture brands made this an A-grade project to work on.
Key capabilities for this project included:
- Office fitout, Restaurant fitout, Public Space fitout.
- Development of budgets and programme.
- Specification of furniture and materials with Client and various Designers/Architects.
- Tenders and Tender Review/Recommendations.
- Order FF&E and HOE items on Clients behalf.
- Monitor throughout manufacture.
- Manage and coordinate freight installation.
