As procurement professionals, we work with a range of clients and industries including the Aged Care industry for retirement village fit-outs and retirement village refurbishments. We have managed the FF&E procurement and specification for Arvida Retirement Villages. Our scope of work included both fitouts and refurbishment. This sector does require more careful consideration when selecting furniture, things like seating heights, using armchairs, and presenting fit for purpose fabrics are all areas we understand well.  We have also identified specific furniture and décor ranges specifically suited to the aged care industry, see our retirement furniture section here.
