Breakfree on Cashel, Christchurch

Project consisted of refurbishment, 17 Keys on Level 6 + Café, Bar and conference rooms at Breakfree on Cashel in Christchurch.

Key Responsibilities:

Concept design for L6 Rooms including FF+E and carpet for rooms and corridor. Developed budgets and programme for L6 Rooms including prototype setup and sign-off. Developed budgets and programme for the public space. Worked closely with the Designers Dalman Architecture on public space furniture, including help with FF+E specification. Prepared and issued tenders for quoting through to client. Monitored FF+E  throughout manufacture and coordinate freight to site.

Tracy (in her previous role) and Kate collaborated with a great team on this project.
