A new build 25 room boutique hotel in Dunedin, we took charge of the FF&E hotel fitout.

Statement iD worked alongside Shelley Indyk of Indyk Architects on this 25 room boutique hotel project and hotel fitout.  Ebb is a modern boutique hotel that provides a relaxed luxury for a restful pause on your journey. Inspired by the land, sea and sky and the contemporary neighbourhood that surrounds the hotel. Our work covered the development of budgets and programme for rooms, HOE and public space for this exciting hotel fit out.

Key Capabilities of the team on this project:

• Develop budgets and programme for rooms, HOE and public space
• Work with Interior Designer on the specifications of all spaces and its FF&E and procurement.
• Tenders and tender review/recommendations
• Order FF&E and HOE items on client’s behalf
• Liaise with manufacturers for custom design furniture
• Monitor throughout manufacturing process
• Manage and coordinate delivery of all furniture fitting and equipment to site.
