• Interiors specification for rooms, restaurant, bar, reception, conferencing
• Develop budgets and programme for rooms, HOE and public space
• Mock room setup and signoff
• Tenders and tender review/recommendations
• FF+E Procurement and HOE Procurement of items on client’s behalf
• Liaise with manufacturers for custom design furniture
• Monitor throughout manufacture
• Manage and coordinate delivery and install on site.
