Hotel conversion, 255 keys, Conference for 175, Restaurant, Bar, Café as well as a Rooftop bar and Executive Suites to be completed later in 2018 for Four Points by Sheraton. The hotel is the reintroduction of the Marriott Group/Starwood (SPG) into New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop budget schedules of all FF+E and HOE items, working closely with the client Russell Property Group and the Interior Designers Niki Harrison and Bridget Hewson of Studio Design + Architecture for the Public Space. Specify with the client all furnishings and finishes for the rooms in line with Dalman Architects design and layout. Budget reporting to QS for drawdown.
Tender all FF+E and HOE packages and prepare recommendations to client. Mockup room setup and sign-off prior to ordering all FF+E and HOE. Work through the Brand Standards and ensure all items ordered adhere to the strict standards.
As part of the HOE, we worked through the design and development of the Uniforms for all staff, including an embroidered motif and a pocket square, which draws from the local artwork we sourced for the hotel and talks back to the local story the Hotel has thoughout.
Monitor orders throughout manufacture. Administer orders for delivery to the programme. Prepare asset registers.
