Upgrade of the Lobby Lounge, Reception Library, some Health Spa items, and Restaurant Table Tops for Sofitel Hotel, Viaduct Harbour, Auckland

Key Responsibilities:

Concept design for all FF+E including carpet and wallpaper and mockup room.  Develop FF+E budgets and tender all FF+E items and prepare recommendations to the client. Order FF+E on clients behalf and monitor throughout manufacture. Manage and coordinate freight installation.

Previously involved with the FF&E Procurement of the former Westin, which is now known as the Sofitel Auckland whilst working with Melview Developments Limited.
