St Heliers High End Aged Care Village - Public Space FF&E

Key Responsibilities:

Statement iD worked Peddle Thorpe Architects and Oceania to procure all of the furniture, artwork and objects for the public space within the new and luxurious The Helier Apartment Living and Care Residences.

Key Capabilities of our team on this project:

• Develop budgets for Public Space areas – Restaurant, Resident Lounges, Outdoor Terraces, Pool, Meeting Rooms, Care Suites, Library and Corridors.
• Work with the client and Interior Designers to help source and manufacture all furniture, artwork and lighting.
• Tenders and tender review/recommendations.
• Liaise with manufacturers for custom design furniture and joinery
• Monitor throughout manufacture.
• Manage and coordinate freight and install.
