Leading the procurement management for this new build hotel at Auckland's Wynyard Quarter.

Key Responsibilities:

Statement iD lead the complete hotel procurement for the Travelodge Hotel, Auckland,  which covered FF&E Procurement and Installation for this 156 room hotel.  We lead the management and development of budgets and programme for all guest rooms, back of house and the reception public space.

Key Capabilities of the team on this project:

• Develop budgets and programme for rooms, HOE and public space
• Work with Interior Designer Peddle Thorp on the specifications of all spaces
• Mock room setup and signoff
• Tenders and tender review/recommendations
• Order FF+E and HOE items on client’s behalf
• Liaise with manufacturers for custom design furniture
• Monitor throughout manufacture
• Manage and coordinate delivery and install on site.
