Adina Apartment Hotel, Auckland

Refurbished, 140 keys, 14 room types – Design . FF+E Procurement, Turnkey for Adina Apartment Hotel in Britomart, Auckland.

Key Responsibilities:

Concept design for all apartments FF+E, carpet and wallpaper. Developed budgets and programme for rooms and public spaces including the café and bar.

Worked closely with Stewart Harris, the designer for public space areas,  including help with FF+E Specification. Prototype room setup and sign-off. Prepared and issued tenders for quoting through to client.

Ordered FF+E and HOE items on clients behalf. Monitored FF+E throughout manufacture. Managed and coordinated freight and site placement.

Tracy (in her previous role) and Kate collaborated with a great team on this project.
