New build, 178 keys, 30 room types. Conferencing for 400, Spa, Restaurant, Bar and Pool Areas for the Hilton Hotel in Queenstown.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop budget schedule of all FF+E and HOE items, working closely with the Interior Designer – Stewart Harris and the Development Managers, McConnell Group. Budget reporting to bank for drawdown.

Tender all FF+E and HOE packages and prepare recommendations to client. Mockup room setup and sign-off prior to ordering all FF+E and HOE items on clients behalf. Approve all invoices for payment by client.

Monitor throughout manufacture and arrange for offsite agreements. Administer orders for delivery to programme. Manage full install. Prepare asset registers.
