A Refurbishment of 40 guests rooms at Rydges Hotel Rotorua (formerly The Holiday Inn)
Key Responsibilities:
Statement iD lead the hotel refurbishment requirements for the Rydges Hotel Rotorua which has rebranded from the Holiday Inn Hotel.
Key Capabilities of our team on this project:
- Facilitating the design scheme for a refresh of 40 guest rooms in the hotel.
- Mock room setup and signoff.
- FF+E Procurement of items on client’s behalf.
- Liaise with manufacturers for guest room joinery and all other requirements for guest rooms.
- Monitor throughout refurbishment.
- Manage and coordinate FF&E for delivery and subsequent install for guest rooms.
