The Sebel Viaduct Harbour, Auckland

A soft refurbishment of the 110 rooms and prepare mockup room for The Sebel, Viaduct Harbour in Auckland's CBD district.

Key Responsibilities:

Concept Design for all FF+E and Mockup Room setup to present to Body Corporate meeting.  Included new Headboards, new TV panels, replace table tops and new topper and Scatter Cushions to bed.  Order FF+E on Clients behalf and monitor throughout manufacture.  Manage and coordinate freight and installation – to be undertaken whilst I was overseas.  This project was handled by Tracy whilst in a previous role.

Tracy was also involved with this project when it was first built whilst working with Promanco Kenman / Melview Developments Limited.
